Both tablet support GSM functionality, the A3000 supports Dual GSM – GSM SIM with 3G/HSPA+support. The Lenovo Ideapad A1000 is market as a media/music device with an SRP 6,499.00.

The A1000 is Lenovo's entry-level tablet, but from my first hand experience with the device if feels solid and more comfortable holding it on my hands. This is a good second Phone and a media device where you can watch your favorite movies and listen to your favorite music. While the Lenovo Ideapad 3000 is aimed for gamers and alike, with an SRP 9,999.00. This Tablet have a Dual-SIM capability can be use as a main phone, well that is if you like having a 7-inch phone+tablet.
